If you are not hiring your own employees, AID FMS will pay your approved vendors directly and provide you with monthly expense summaries.

You supervise and manage their day-to-day work, while AID FMS takes care of payroll, taxes, workers’ compensation, and legal compliance.

As the employer of record, you manage hiring decisions, work schedules, and pay rates—while AID FMS takes care of payroll, taxes, and workers’ compensation insurance.
Our Services
With Service Code 099 PDS, Aid FMS is able to pay Independent Facilitators directly, without waiting for full budget approval. This service gives families more flexibility and control—especially during the early stages of planning or when funds need to be accessed quickly. As an independent Facilitator, you do not need to be vendorded by Regional Center when 099 PDS is used.
